Holiday Crafts and Nutcracker Workshop (Grades K-5)

December is time for sugarplums to dance and for fantasies to come to life. One of my favorite traditions of the holiday season is going to see the Nutcracker. Join us for this special workshop as we create dances to the story and music of the Nutcracker. We will dance, make some holiday crafts to take home, and have lots of fun! Please bring a nut free snack. Please register by November 24 through the Pepperell Recreation Department. Minimum number of 6 to run class. Class size is limited. Sign up today!

A Winter Celebration of Dance Workshop and Performance (Grades K-6)
Sunday, December 5, 2021* at the Stow Town Hall in Stow, MA from 2:00-4:30pm
Holiday Dance Workshop for children grades K-6 from 2:00-3:30pm followed by our
Winter Celebration of Dance Performance from 3:30-4:30pm
Cost for the workshop/performance is $30/dancer

Every year we celebrate the season with a special performance by the Dancers Workshop Performing Group, a group of dancers ages 8-18 who are dedicated to sharing creative dance with the community. As is tradition, we invite non-dancers workshop members to attend a workshop and be a part of this performance. The special workshop will be held from 2:00-3:30pm for children grades K-6. Participants will create dances to the story and music of the Nutcracker as well as The Polar Express. Following the workshop, a performance will be held for family members (masks required). This is a wonderful opportunity to get together and experience the joy of dance and movement and celebrate the holiday season. No previous experience necessary. All are welcome. Join in the fun! Class size is limited to ten dancers this year so please register early to save your spot.
